Any defective product (tears in the cover or lining) can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 Days of receiving product. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your MojoBag. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.
For any other returns there will be a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs. Under no conditions will shipping charges be returned. You must first contact our customer service number to receive a RAN number before return shipment will be accepted.
